James Bullard is President and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. He is a macroeconomist whose recent publications include "Trend-Reverting Fluctuations and the Life-Cycle Model," Journal of Economic Theory, 2004, (co-authored with Costas Azariadis and Lee Ohanian), "Worldwide Macroeconomic Stability and Monetary Policy Rules," Journal of Monetary Economics (o-authored with Aarti Singh), and "Monetary Policy, Judgment, and Near-Rational Exuberance," the American Economic Review (co-authored with George Evans and Seppo Honkapohja).
